Shipping Information: Most orders should be shipped by next business day. If product is out of stock, product will be shipped in 4 or 5 business days. The customer will be notified if this occurs. All orders placed on Friday evening, over a weekend or a holiday will be processed the next business day. Normal business days are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5 pm central time.

Orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal service with tracking number. If wanted, UPS can be used to ship as well.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns or refunds are not given if a product has been opened or worn at any time. Most products have a manufactuers warranty. If anything happens to a product that falls under a manufactuer defect, the product will be replaced with an exact replacement. Finger punctures in the garment or runners from fingernails on the garment are not grounds for replacement. Holes in the toe of a garment due to toe nail wear is not covered either. If a product has an issue, we can send the garment to the manufactuer and see if the problem is a manufactuer's defect. All issues must be brought to our attention with in thirty days of purchase.
